Legal Compliance Statement
In compliance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the California Credit Services Act, all new clients are provided a mandatory 5-business-day right of rescission from the date of contract signing, during which they may cancel without charge or penalty and receive a full refund of any amounts paid. No charges are collected during the rescission period. The 5-business-day period reflects California's higher standard, which supersedes the federal 3-business-day minimum.
Your Right to Cancel - 5 Business Days
You may cancel your service agreement within 5 business days of signing for a full refund of all fees paid. This reflects California's Credit Services Act requirement, which exceeds the 3-business-day federal CROA minimum. No questions asked. No charges during the rescission window.
Essentials Plan
$79/month
Month-to-month. One-time First Work Strategy Fee billed after the 5-day rescission period closes, upon delivery of your personalized written strategy package. Cancel with 30 days written notice.
Professional Plan
$149/month
6-month commitment. Not cancellable during commitment period after rescission window closes. Returning clients may exit after month 3 if account is paid current.
VIP Concierge Plan
$299/month
6-month commitment. Not cancellable during commitment period after rescission window closes. Returning clients may exit after month 3 if account is paid current.
All plans: Optional à la carte services billed individually after delivery of each completed service. All billing occurs at the end of each service period for work already completed - never in advance.
If you cancel within 5 business days of signing your service agreement:
How to Cancel: Submit written notice by any of the following methods:
After the 5-business-day rescission period has expired, all fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable. This includes monthly service fees, the First Work Strategy Fee, and any à la carte add-on charges. By continuing service beyond the rescission period, you acknowledge that work has been performed on your behalf and that payment for those services is final.
Professional & VIP Concierge Plans (6-Month Commitment): These plans require a 6-month service commitment. Early cancellation is not permitted after the rescission period closes. Resolution of specific derogatory items prior to the end of the commitment period does not constitute completion of services - the full 6-month period encompasses comprehensive credit profile development including optimization coaching, financial literacy education, score enhancement strategies, and ongoing support beyond item removal alone.
At the end of the 6-month commitment, service does not automatically renew. You must actively choose to continue. If you choose to continue as a returning client, a new 6-month agreement applies - see Section 3 (Returning Client Policy) for the specific terms that apply to you, which differ from new client terms.
Essentials Plan (Month-to-Month): The Essentials plan is a month-to-month agreement. After the rescission period has passed, you may cancel by submitting a written cancellation request at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the next billing date will take effect the following billing cycle. Any outstanding à la carte items completed before cancellation are non-refundable.
Goodwill Adjustments: In rare circumstances, Speedy Credit Repair may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue a partial or full credit or refund as a goodwill gesture. Any such adjustment is made on a case-by-case basis and does not establish a precedent, entitlement, or obligation for future adjustments.
Billing Errors & System Malfunctions: If a charge is made in error due to an input mistake, system malfunction, duplicate processing, or other technical error, Speedy Credit Repair will promptly reverse or refund the incorrect charge upon verification. Please report any suspected billing errors to billing@speedycreditrepair.com or call 1-888-724-7344 within 30 days of the charge.
Returning Client Benefit
Clients who have previously completed a full service agreement with Speedy Credit Repair and choose to re-enroll within one month of their previous service end date receive a special flexibility benefit on their new 6-month commitment: the ability to request early exit after the third month of service has been completed and paid in full.
Who qualifies as a returning client: The returning client policy applies exclusively to clients who were previously enrolled in a Professional or VIP Concierge plan and who re-enroll within one month of their previous service end date. Consecutive or near-consecutive re-enrollment demonstrates an active, ongoing commitment to the credit repair process, which is why this flexibility benefit exists. Clients who have been out of service for more than one month, or clients re-enrolling from the Essentials plan only, do not qualify for the returning client early exit benefit and are treated as new clients under standard 6-month commitment terms.
Returning client early exit terms:
Why we offer this benefit: At Speedy Credit Repair, we understand that returning clients already know our process and have experienced our service firsthand. The 6-month commitment exists because credit profile development is a process - the most impactful work often happens in months 4 through 6 as the credit profile stabilizes, optimizes, and new credit strategies take effect. However, we recognize that returning clients may have more targeted, shorter-term goals on their second engagement, and we honor that relationship with appropriate flexibility.
In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, all billing occurs after services have been performed - never in advance. You are never charged for services that have not yet been delivered.
First Work Strategy Fee (Essentials Plan only): This is a one-time fee charged upon delivery of your personalized written credit strategy package. This package is prepared specifically for your credit file after your contract is signed and the rescission period has closed. It includes your personalized dispute sequence plan, customized DIY dispute letter templates, credit score trajectory projection, and written financial education guide tailored to your profile. The fee is billed only after this complete package has been delivered to you - not at the time of signing.
Monthly Service Fees: Monthly fees are billed at the end of each service month for work completed during that billing period. You will receive an itemized invoice before or at the time of each charge detailing all services rendered.
À La Carte Optional Services: Optional add-on services are billed individually after each specific service has been completed and delivered. Examples include goodwill letters (billed after the letter is sent), creditor intervention calls (billed after the call is completed), and debt validation letters (billed after the letter is sent). À la carte items completed during a billing month are included in that month's consolidated end-of-month invoice. They are never pre-billed or charged at the time of selection.
Consolidated Monthly Invoice: You will receive one consolidated itemized invoice per billing cycle that includes your monthly service fee plus any à la carte services completed during that period. This results in one payment transaction per billing cycle, not multiple separate charges.
Once the 5-business-day rescission period has expired, the following are non-refundable because work has been performed on your behalf:
The sole exception is verified billing errors or system malfunctions, which will be reversed promptly upon verification (see Section 2 above).
You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been initiated, along with the expected timeline for the funds to appear in your account.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us first at billing@speedycreditrepair.com or 1-888-724-7344. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. In most cases, billing concerns are resolved within 1-2 business days.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us create unnecessary complications for both parties and may delay resolution. We maintain detailed records of all services rendered and are happy to provide documentation of any charges upon request.
Speedy Credit Repair may, at its sole discretion, grant a temporary service pause to clients experiencing financial hardship or extenuating personal circumstances. Service pauses are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility: Your account must be paid in full and in good standing with no outstanding balances. If granted, service pauses may be approved for up to 60 days. An approved pause does not extend or reset your initial service commitment period. To request a pause, contact us at support@speedycreditrepair.com or 1-888-724-7344.
Credit monitoring through IdentityIQ® (IDIQ) is a separate service with its own billing and cancellation policy. Canceling your Speedy Credit Repair service does not automatically cancel your IDIQ subscription, and vice versa. To cancel IDIQ credit monitoring, you must contact IDIQ directly. Speedy Credit Repair is not responsible for IDIQ billing or refunds.
IDIQ Post-Service Monitoring Window: Regardless of plan type, your IDIQ credit monitoring subscription should remain active for at least 45 days after your service contract end date. This allows Speedy Credit Repair to verify any confirmed deletions resulting from dispute efforts made during your active service period.
Speedy Credit Repair is a professional services company. We do not sell or ship physical products. There are no product returns, exchanges, restocking fees, or shipping charges associated with our services. All services are delivered electronically or via postal mail (for dispute correspondence to credit bureaus and creditors).
The following is the official policy statement as submitted to our merchant processing partner in compliance with federal and California law:
"In compliance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the California Credit Services Act, all new clients are provided a mandatory 5-business-day right of rescission from the date of contract signing, during which they may cancel without charge or penalty and receive a full refund of any amounts paid. No charges are collected during the rescission period. After the 5-business-day rescission period has expired, Professional and VIP Concierge service agreements are binding 6-month commitments. Services encompass comprehensive credit profile development including credit bureau dispute processing, creditor direct interventions, goodwill adjustment requests, debt validation, credit utilization coaching, credit mix optimization, new account strategy consultation, score trajectory monitoring, financial literacy education, and ongoing credit profile enhancement. Resolution of specific derogatory items prior to the end of the commitment period does not constitute completion of contracted services, as the commitment period reflects the full scope of services provided. Essentials plan clients are charged a one-time first work fee upon delivery of their personalized written credit strategy package following the rescission period, and monthly thereafter for ongoing DIY coaching and support services rendered. Optional à la carte services are billed upon delivery of each completed service. No refunds are issued for services already rendered during any completed billing period. Essentials plan clients may cancel future services with 30 days written notice after the rescission period has passed. All services are billed at the end of each service period for work completed during that billing cycle."

Many will ask me to forecast or predict the outcome of their service, or the credit score they might expect. I never make predictions as to outcomes or scores because that would infer that I know the proprietary algorithm of “FICO”.
