Speedy Credit Repair Inc. is a professional credit repair and consumer advocacy service company.
We do not sell, manufacture, ship, or deliver physical products of any kind. All services
are delivered electronically or through standard postal correspondence as described below.
There are no shipping charges, delivery fees, handling costs, or physical product returns
associated with our services.
How Our Services Are Delivered
Our credit repair services are delivered through the following channels, depending on
your service plan and the nature of the work being performed:
🖥 Secure Client Portal (Primary)
Your primary hub for service delivery. Access your credit analysis, dispute status,
progress reports, documents, and communications 24/7 through our secure online portal.
Portal access is activated within 1 business day of enrollment.
✉ Email Communications
Service updates, dispute status notifications, billing confirmations, and educational
content are delivered to your registered email address. Important documents may be
sent as secure attachments or via portal notification.
📞 Phone Consultations
Expert consultations, strategy discussions, and support are provided by phone during
business hours. VIP Concierge clients receive priority scheduled consultations with
their dedicated account manager.
📬 Postal Mail (Dispute Correspondence)
Dispute letters sent to credit bureaus and creditors are transmitted via USPS First Class
Mail, Certified Mail, or fax - depending on the strategy and plan. Professional and VIP
clients have disputes prepared and sent by our team. Essentials clients receive templates
for self-submission.
📠 Fax Transmission
Certain dispute correspondence and creditor communications are sent via fax where
appropriate. Fax delivery is available as an add-on for Essentials plan clients
($10 per letter).
Service Delivery Timelines
- Account Activation: Within 1 business day of enrollment completion
- Credit Report Analysis: Within 2-3 business days of credit report retrieval
- First Dispute Letters: Within 3-5 business days of analysis completion (Professional and VIP plans)
- Bureau Response Time: 30-45 days from dispute receipt (per federal law, bureaus have 30 days to investigate, with a possible 15-day extension)
- Monthly Progress Updates: Delivered via portal and email each billing cycle

As a service-only business, there are no physical products to return or exchange.
