Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in any service offered by Speedy Credit Repair Inc. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. You have the right to cancel within 5 business days of signing the service agreement for a full refund - this exceeds the federal 3-business-day minimum required under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
Speedy Credit Repair Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a credit repair and consumer advocacy organization established in 1995. We are registered with the appropriate state and federal agencies and operate in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 310), and all applicable state credit services laws.

Speedy Credit Repair provides credit education, credit report analysis, and consumer advocacy services designed to assist clients ("you" or "Client") in understanding and improving their credit profiles. Our services include but are not limited to:
The Essentials plan is structured as an assisted do-it-yourself (DIY) credit improvement service, where clients receive expert analysis, professional dispute letter templates, and guided strategies - but are responsible for submitting their own disputes unless additional services are purchased. Professional and VIP plans include full-service dispute preparation and submission performed by our team on the client's behalf.
No credit repair organization can guarantee specific results. The removal of negative items depends entirely on the credit bureaus' and creditors' compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Speedy Credit Repair does not and cannot guarantee that any specific item will be removed from your credit report, that your credit score will increase by any specific amount, or that you will achieve any particular credit-related outcome. Any representations of average client results are historical averages and are not guarantees of future performance. Individual results vary significantly based on each client's unique credit profile and circumstances.
Our current service plans and fee structure are as follows. All prices are in U.S. dollars:
Essentials Plan - $79/month
Professional Plan - $149/month
VIP Concierge Plan - $299/month
Payment Methods: We accept ACH bank transfer (preferred), Zelle, and credit/debit card payments. Recurring monthly charges are processed via the payment method on file. You may update your payment method at any time through your client portal or by contacting our office.
Failed Payments: If a scheduled payment fails (NSF, expired card, etc.), we will notify you and attempt to process payment again. If payment is not resolved within 15 days, your service may be paused until the balance is brought current. Payments may be made using any accepted payment method regardless of the original payment method on file.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 5 business days from the date you sign the service agreement, without any charge or obligation. This cancellation period exceeds the 3-business-day minimum required by federal law under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). To cancel, send written notice by email to support@speedycreditrepair.com, by certified mail to our office address, or through your client portal.
Professional & VIP Concierge Plans (6-Month Commitment): These plans require a 6-month service commitment and are not cancellable during the commitment period. By enrolling, you agree to the full 6-month term and all associated fees. At the end of the 6-month commitment, service does not automatically renew - you must actively choose to continue. If you choose to continue, the same plan terms apply and service may be cancelled with written notice provided at least 30 days before your next billing date.
IDIQ Post-Service Requirement: Your IDIQ credit monitoring subscription must remain active for at least 45 days after your service contract end date. This allows Speedy Credit Repair to verify and bill for any confirmed deletions resulting from dispute efforts made during your active service period. Deletion fees (Professional plan) for items still in progress at the time of service end will be billed upon bureau confirmation during this 45-day window.
Essentials Plan (Month-to-Month): The Essentials plan is a month-to-month agreement. After the 5-business-day rescission period, you may cancel by submitting a written cancellation request at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the next billing date will take effect the following billing cycle. Outstanding à la carte items may have their own terms.
Refund Policy: All fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable after the 5-business-day rescission period. Any goodwill adjustments are at Speedy Credit Repair's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. The sole exception is billing errors or system malfunctions, which will be reversed promptly upon verification. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

Our services require enrollment in a credit monitoring product provided by our partner, IdentityIQ® (IDIQ). This is a separate service with its own terms, privacy policy, and billing. The initial 7-day trial period is provided at no cost to you - the credit report pull fee is paid by Speedy Credit Repair on your behalf. After the trial period, ongoing credit monitoring is billed separately by IDIQ at their current rate (currently $24.99/month) and is not included in our service fees.
You may cancel your IDIQ credit monitoring at any time by contacting IDIQ directly. Cancellation of credit monitoring does not automatically cancel your credit repair service with us, and vice versa. However, active credit monitoring is required for us to perform ongoing dispute work, as we need access to updated credit report data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speedy Credit Repair Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services during the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated credit improvements, loan denials, increased interest rates, or emotional distress.
We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or delays of credit bureaus, creditors, collection agencies, or other third parties. We are not liable for our inability to remove accurate, verifiable negative items, as such items are legally permissible on credit reports under the FCRA.
Your privacy is critically important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All personal data - including Social Security numbers, financial information, and credit data - is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
By enrolling in our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including service-related emails, account updates, dispute status notifications, and billing correspondence. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time while continuing to receive essential service-related messages. Transactional communications (billing confirmations, dispute updates, account changes) cannot be opted out of while you are an active client, as they are necessary for service delivery.
If you have a concern or complaint about our services, we encourage you to contact us directly at support@speedycreditrepair.com or 1-888-724-7344. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Orange County, California.
Speedy Credit Repair is a professional services company. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical products of any kind. All services are delivered electronically through our secure client portal, by email, by phone, by fax, or by postal mail (for dispute correspondence sent to credit bureaus). There are no shipping costs, delivery timelines, or physical product returns associated with our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version of these terms is always available at this page.
